The game objective is simple: be the first to discard all your cards. The player to run out of cards becomes President 👑, while the last remaining becomes the Scum 😜. Played with a standard 52-card deck, the card ranking is from 2 (highest) to A (lowest).
Rounds start with the President and Scum shuffling and dealing cards. The President begins the play with a higher combination than the previous turn, while other players must follow suit or pass. The Scum exchanges cards with the President based on rankings.
